A claim
Filled forms of the claim for studies on the account of the budget of Republic Karelia (only for the inhabitants of Karelia) (according to the applied form) are accepted in the buro of International Summer Music Academy (further – ISMA) not later than the 15st of May 2009. The claims received later this date will not be considered. The quantity of participants is limited. The minimal age of students studying actively is 12 years. You should send claims on address: 185035 Petrozavodsk, 2 Lenin street tel. 8 (814) 78-55-07 (or e-mail address tsvetkov@mincult.karelia.ru. The organizing committee can decline some claims, if they don’t correspond to these Conditions, and also because of organizing reasons. Make sure, that your claim has been received, ringing over the given telephone or sending the inquiry by the e-male. If you decided to cancel the claim, we ask you to inform the organizers of ISMA at once.
The price of training: active course–1000 roubles (one lesson lasting 45 minutes) passive course–1500 roubles. Accompanist’s service – 300 roubles (one pedagogical hour).

Accommodation

1. Hostel of technical school №5–500 roubles a day– double-rooms, triple-rooms.
2. Sanatorium-prophylactorium «Gornyak»
-1800 roubles a day and reserving 450 roubles a day. If there is no children camp, the cost of accommodation is 750 roubles a day.
-Hotel-rooms of prophylactorium:
-one-room–3000 roubles a day and reserving 750 roubles.
-double-room–5000 roubles a day and reserving 1250 roubles.
3. Hotel «Fregat»:
-hotel rooms -1000 roubles including breakfast;
-a separate kouse–1100 roubles including breakfast.
4. Hotel complex «Podkova»:
-20 rooms for 690 roubles, 8 rooms for 990 roubles.
5. Hotel in Gornyakov street 2a -600 roubles a day
6. One-room flat: 1000 roubles a day for one person with accommodation not more than 2 persons.

Meals

Café «OK» – 450 roubles 3 meals (center)
Cafeteria in polyclinic – 400 metres from Children Music School. 3 meals a day – 300 roubles/
It’s possible to take meals individually.

Registration and payment
On the first day in Kostomuksha it’s necessary to carry out all formalities at secretary office of ISMA and to pay cash for the training (except additional lessons), accommodation and meals.

Active and passive courses
Active course implies visiting individual classes with professor as a participant, of concerts and other events, organized by ISMA as a listener. Passive course implies visiting of individual and group classes, concerts and other events, organized by ISMA as a listener. Changes in the list of performed compositions (p. 12 of the application) are accepted till the 15 of May 2009. A student should have musical notes of composition for study (for performing of ensembles with piano as well as with the partie,– clavier).

Studies
The studies are held in the building of children music school named after G.A.Vavilov (Kostomuksha, 17. Anikainen street). The time-table of individual studies is made by professor. The price of the course comprises the price of 4 lessons (45 minutes cach) with professor – for pianists, 4 lessons (45 minutes cach) with professor and accompanist – for violinist and vocalists. According to the wish of a student and coordination wish professor and accompanist the number of lessons can be increased (the payment for the additional lessons–according to the given tariffs). Students are informed about the time-table of group classes, time of other events with the help of written announcements hanged out in school. It’s possible to visit several master-classes, each of which is payed according to given tariffs.

Additional services
The students studying actively and passively have the right as the listeners to visit all the concerts, individual and group lessons, other events of ISMA: without additional payment to visit all the concerts and performances of the Festival of chamber art, taking place from the 21 till the 26 July 2009 in Kostomuksha (tickets without scats); to use special transport for the participants of ISMA (according to the time-table). The student, who have chosen the active course, can rent classes of school for individual classes without additional payment.

Diploma
Students of active course get a diploma about their participation in the work of ISMA.

How to get
To get to Kostomuksha students can use train № 680 Petrozavodsk – Kostomuksha, train № 350 St.Petersburg – Kostomuksha or trains going to the station Segezhe (Karelia). You can get information about the seats and price of railway tickets at the site www.rzd.ru. You can get from Segezha to Kostomuksha by autotransport: special bus trip for students of ISMA (connect with organizers, before you choose this variant) or mini taxi (tel. for inquiries – 8–921-227-87-70).
